LCC insures that all recruitment is carried out in line with its recruitment and selection policy.

In recruiting prospective employees every reasonable enquiry is made regarding personal details, status and entitlement to work in the UK. References are sought for all full and part time staff as required.

All staff are vetted for higher risk locations, in compliance with the requirements of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the Data Protection Act 1998, with particular regard to honesty and integrity. Security screening is carried out for a minimum period of 5 years not later than 12 weeks after the employment has commenced.

We find that all staff are more amenable to motivational factors, monitoring and measurement and our on site Supervisory & Support Management installs the quality ethos at all times. Both good and bad performances are measured.

Good performance is acknowledged with certificates and bonuses. Poor performances are usually overcome by one-to-one training.
