LCC is fully accredited to OHSAS 18001:2007 and has developed and implemented a robust Health & Safety culture lead by our Senior Management Team. LCC is active within the Cleaning Industries Liaison Forum Strategy Group, which ensures that the organisation is at the forefront of new legislation and participates extensively in the research, trials and implementations of new procedures for the cleaning and support services industry.

LCC have created an ownership of Health & Safety throughout all levels within the organisation. This requires employee involvement, training and communication programmes so that staff can identify hazards/risks, suggest controls measures, provide feedback, and feel that they own safety procedures. Our risk assessments are both site and task specific and take into account the individual need and requirements of the location.
